The only way that progressives can win and our movement continue to grow is for all of us to pull together. That’s why I’m happy to support Tamborine Borrelli running as an Independent Progressive for the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington’s 10th Congressional District. She’s competing in an August 7th “open jungle” primary, with the top two finishers moving on to the general election in November. Absentee ballots will be in people’s hands in just a couple of weeks. Tamborine is challenging Congressman Denny Heck, an establishment Democrat funded by the same predatory corporate interests that fund my opponent, Debbie Wasserman Schultz. And like Schultz, Heck is also on the wrong side of so many issues.
